What payment methods do you accept?

How can I track my order?

When will my order be shipped?
Upon successfully placing an order on our website, your order is immediately processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours from Monday to Thursday, unless the item is out of stock. Orders placed on a Friday, and over the weekend will be shipped out within the next 24-48 business hours.
Can I place an order over the phone?
We’re sorry, but orders can only be placed online.

When will my order be shipped?

How can I return an item?
You can return an item within 14 days by contacting us for a returns number. All items must be in a resalable condition with no tags cut off and be returned in the original packaging.
Please make sure that you include the following details in your package:
- Your order number
- Returns number which you received from our customer care team
- Returns note, indicating which item(s) you’d like exchanged or refunded
- The new size or colour you’d like of the items to be exchanged
Which carrier(s) do you use?
We use various carriers to ship all Tiny Crown orders. Carrier chosen would depend on your delivery location and time of order.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received, you will receive your refund within 14 business days.
How will my refund be issued?
Refunds will go back to the original payment method.
When will I receive my order?
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the delivery/shipping option you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
We offer both express and standard delivery for the UK and worldwide. Standard delivery is free for UK orders. You will be given the option to choose your preferred delivery method and instantly see quotes for each delivery type. We use Royal Mail and other courier.
